Lisa Medland began New Management Solutions Inc. because she recognized that there was a true need for HR support within companies employing 5 to 5000 people. Time and time again, she found that as companies grew, many business owners attempted to take on the HR responsibilities themselves or delegate them out to office managers/ administrators. But, despite best efforts, these functions become extremely time consuming and can expose a good company to unforeseen liability. Meet the Executive Team
An accomplished and seasoned Human Resources professional, Lisa Medland founded New Management Solutions, providing Human Resource solutions from hiring to firing. Understanding how difficult it was to seek out good candidates, hire excellent employees, develop and retain them, she felt it was important to develop a company that would help answer the tough Human Resource questions.
Lisa began her Human Resources career over sixteen years ago within the Legal industry. Experienced not only in the demanding Legal realm but also in Entertainment and Finance Sectors, she has worked with company’s ranging in size from 350 employees to well over 5,000. Lisa’s career has ranged from organizing film premieres, to establishing an entire 25-person Human Resources Department. Lisa is a published author.
An active Entrepreneur in the South Florida Business Community, Lisa is an Advisory Board member for Women that Win, and has previously served as President of the Strategic Business Alliance, as well as being on the Accreditations Board for the Delray Beach Chamber last year.
Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from St. Bonaventure University and is an active member of the St. Bonaventure Alumni Association.
